My car was picked-up as promised (Monday 5/23/16) and delivered to me 5 days later (Friday, 5/27/16). The gentlemen who transported it were great to work with and answered all my text inquires while in transport. I arrived in San Jose at 8:30am and my car was ready by 10am. The process was easy and my car was in great shape. Nothing was ransacked, stolen and no damage to the vehicle. I would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct and ask for Matt. He is a ROCKSTAR!
