I just used this service to transport my car across the country. I booked it several weeks in advance and was not confirmed with the pickup company until the day before arrival. I would have appreciated more time and notice in order to better vet the company they chose (Transauto Logisitics). It all worked out well, as the car made it in 5 days with no apparent damage or theft of property. Angela and the team were really nice and friendly, though I could have probably saved myself the 200 something bucks from their commission by going directly to the source. Still though, all's well that ends well, and my car is here safe! Thank goodness.
