While I was aware that the pick up day could vary, I specifically scheduled it a week in advance so I had my car upon arriving to our new home. Unfortunately the truck carrier broke down and we had to wait for a new carrier to pick up our car. I understand that it is out of Ship-a-Car's hands, but it was incredibly inconvenient that we were without a car for 5 days when we were told that it would arrive the day after we did. Besides that hiccup, Eric was wonderful to work with. He was kind, knowledgeable, and promptly returned my calls and answered all of my questions. I would go through Ship-a-Car again. Word of advice- don't wash the exterior of the car before you ship it. It will inevitably get super dirty.
