Many Good Aspects, 1 shipper tip and one negative

Emily was good to work with. Transporter was professional and efficient. I shopped 5 companies and found these folks were the best price. Quick turn around time to pick-up. I called the 24 hour number once, talked to a real "drone". No personality, no enthusiasm no help.

Shipacar offered a rebate for completing a survey. I received a call from a company rep asking how my experience was. I was apparently not sufficiently enthusiastic as the promised link to complete a review never appeared. I called 3 times and sent 3 emails with no reponse. Beware or companies that "pay" for positive only reviews. Pre-screening reviews for only positive reviews is a bad business practice. I was offered a rebate upon which the company reneged.

The tip - be sure to close all air conditioning and heating vents. Cover the air intake in the cowl. The inside of our windows had a heavy oily/sooty film from diesel exhaust. Carpet and upholstery also get very dirty. Expect to get a vehicle that is really dirty on the outside. It is difficult to check for damages under a thick coat of dirt.
