I was very satisfied with my experience with Ship-a-Car Direct. This was my first time shipping not one but even TWO cars, specifically from Ohio to California. Angela, my service rep, was very thorough and professional. She always responded to my calls and emails promptly. Since this was my first time shipping a car, I had many questions and let's be honest, a bit of anxiety trusting a stranger with two cars. However, Angela never got annoyed but instead took the time to reassure me of the car shipping process. The carrier company she selected was extremely responsive and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicles. The carrier himself was professional and brought my cars in great condition. The carrier also stayed true to the original quote that was given to me by Ship-a-Car Direct. It's hard for me to believe that I had such a great experience with my first time shipping a car but believe it! For any of you worried about shipping a car, go with Ship-a-Car Direct and they will walk you through the process perfectly! P.S. This company even took the time to create a phone app to help you take pictures and create a before and after inspection report (wow!).
