My experience with ship a car direct was great. They picked up my daughters car at her college apartment in Nashville, Tennessee and delivered it to our home in New York as promised. Pick-up and delivery were on time and the car was in good shape. The driver was in regular contact with me during the process and the customer service representative, Emily, made the process easy. I would recommend ship a car direct without hesitation!
