The lateness of the car being picked up was because we asked for the next day which was unrealistic. Emily bent over backwards to get us a transporter as fast as possible and even added money from their own pockets. We are a little ways from a major city which I am sure was an issue with drivers. I volunteered to drive the car to another city which helped. When the car arrived in California it was rather dusty from the trip across country is why I put dirty on arrival. It's unrealistic to expect it to be clean making that trip. The videos on Ship A Car Direct were very informative and helpful. We were considering another company until we read their contract which more or less said that they were not responsible for anything except taking our money and our car. Ship A Car Direct took responsibility for our car from pick up to delivery and stood behind their drivers. No matter who you choose to transport your car be sure to read the contract carefully.
