My cars were picked up on time, but after multiple emails and phone calls to get a driver assigned on the date I wanted. The delivery was late by one day (total duration 5 days from TX to CA). Good follow up from "ship a car direct" making sure the cars were delivered on time. The quote was the cheapest compared to other shipping companies.
