Good service, would be more satisfactory if a better carrier was assigned

Pros:
a) Much Cheaper than others
b) Explained everything very clearly and honestly
c) Got prompt responses whenever required
d) Initially no carrier was responding. So, they increased the shipping cost for the Carrier, sacrificing their own share so that the overall asking price remains the same. It was very impressive since the quoted price was tentative and so could go up as well if they wanted.
e) Got the car picked up and delivered in time, haven't noticed any damage/scratch so far.
f) Maintained communication throughout

Cons:
Shipping through a third party agent seemed risky to me, especially because the customer doesn't have much say on the carrier. For instance, the carrier assigned to me didn't have very impressive reviews. The driver who picked up my car was extremely poor in English, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. The carrier company also changed the pick up schedule several times because the truck broke down. At one point, a different truck was assigned for me, however eventually the first driver just showed up and picked up the car. So it was a bit confusing.
The delivery was rescheduled at least three times and the driver neither informed nor replied to the calls and texts in the due times (the first one was suppose to be at 3-4 am, so it was not pleasant to wait in that early morning with no communication with the driver). However, received the car safe and sound after rescheduling for the third time. The driver urged me to come in 10 mins even though earlier he told me he would inform at least 1 hr before the delivery. I was far in my office, had no car, so had to take Uber which took approximately 25 mins to meet him, wherein got several calls from him in the mean time.

In summary, it was not too bad of an experience. The Car was picked up and delivered in due time, was shipped without any noticeable damage and it was quite cheap compared to others. Nevertheless, I would like it more if the Carrier company was more responsible and sincere in correspondences.
