My experience was completely favorable. My sales rep, Stefan, was knowledgeable and very responsive. He was not pushy! Ship a Car Direct found me a carrier who was pleasant, polite, and was excellent at communication. My carrier was very good, and I had the peace of mind knowing Ship a Car Direct "had my back" during the entire experience. They sent frequent emails during the process, and the personnel were EXCELLENT about responding to my questions in a timely fashion. I particularly liked receiving a PERSONAL follow up phone call the day after my vehicle was delivered, to be sure everything went well and that I was satisfied. Now, yes, Ship a Car Direct offers their customers incentives to give them a review. However, I would NEVER give a company a good review that did not deserve one. I simply would not write anything at all. Let me put it this way: several of my friends and family members are going to need vehicle shipping services soon, and I am recommending Ship a Car Direct to ALL of them.
