Excellent Company to work with!!!!!!!

This was my first time using a car transport company and I must say it was an excellent experience! I was very nervous about sending a vehicle across states and it being delivered in the same shape I sent it down as. I was very pleased with Angela right off the bat. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions no matter how dumb they seemed. The first company I was assigned too was not to my liking and I refused their service and was quickly advised it was not a problem and they would get me a new company immediately! They called me and advised they were attempting to find another carrier and would get back to me ASAP. Within 24 hours, I was notified another carrier was assigned to me and the assigned company was Ace Transport out of Chicago. As I had requested, Cathy from Ace Transport called me the day before and also the day off and gave me a window of time that the driver would be at my house to pick up the car. The driver was exactly on time and very courteous and went over everything with me again. He was also very thorough on the checking of the vehicle and we together completed the Lade of Waiting as they call it. He gave me an estimated date of arrival which was spot on! My son who was in Florida to receive the car said the driver was very nice and the vehicle was in excellent shape. No added miles were on the vehicle either, which you always wonder it the company drives your car or not. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with SHIP A CAR DIRECT AND ACE TRANSPORT!!!! They made it so easy and were very thorough and professional and I was very pleased during the entire process. And the added links that Ship A Car Direct has on the website were very informative and helped make my decision to go with them rather than another company. Thanks again for making my car transport experience a positive one and I will use this service again and will also recommend them to everyone I know!
