I shipped my car from Seattle to Miami with many complications coming from the carrier Ship A Car Direct booked me with. I was matched up with Fast Freight Trucking which was a total disaster and most stressful experience. No issues coming from Ship A Car ONLY the company who actually took and delivered my car. When filing out paper work, I gave my earliest pick up date and earliest possible delivery date. Fast Freight came on the day of pick up and took my car. 6 days later I got a call from them saying my car would be delivered the next day (5 days EARLY from the "earliest possible date"). Panicked, because I would not be in Miami to accept the car with payment (I knew not a soul in Miami as I was newly moving there) I told them I wasn't going to be there. Fast Freight tried to tell me that they would take my car to an undisclosed storage years and I would have to pay storage unknown storage fees. I told them I would not be paying those extra fees because it was not my fault they got there 5 days early & I knew they had documentation of my earliest delivery date. They said they would get back to me. They never did. Called and left voicemails about 5 or 6 times and finally got ahold of them two days later. All they said was it was be delivered on the date I had provided. The day before I called to set up a time for delivery and guess what! No answer. Call them the day of delivery. No answer. Finally got ahold of them that evening and all I got was it would be delivered wed-fri. I told them I had prior obligations Thursday day time and that wouldn't work. Got a call Wednesday and said it would be delivered that evening and they would let me know. Didn't hear from them. Thursday morning comes and its 930am.. I exact time I said I would be leaving my place and said they would be here in 30min. I told them no, that wouldn't work I had waited around all day and morning for them. They yelled at me and said I was being hard to deal with and said they would be taking my car to a ship yard and I would have to pay fees and pick it up myself. I luckily had someone available to accept the car for me. Nightmare over. 5 stars to Ship a Car, 0 stars for the people they booked me with.
