Matt was my point of contact at Ship-a- car. He was really awesome and transparent and made things wonderful. Unfortunately he was out one day when there was a discrepancy between when they had said delivery would happen and what the carrier was saying. His back up was able to resolve the issue and offered reimbursement for each day over what I had been expecting. They took care of me very well, but it definitely wasn't as seamless and painless as Matt made everything. Both the pickup and delivery driver were really nice people and treated my car super well. I was given a 3-hour delivery window, but Mike? called me several times to update me when he was leaving and of any traffic so I wasn't just sitting on my butt waiting for him. I would say from all the reviews of shipping cars, this went as smoothly as anyone could hope for. I would use them again.
