Stefan was a honest contact who answered his phone and emails promptly. My only issue with this process was not with Ship a Car Direct but with the carrier: Cars Inc. The day of pick up, I called Cars Inc to ask about when the drivers will arrive. I did not know who I was talking to, was transferred a few times, and the last person hung up. This was the first time. I got through to the drivers the second time. Preferably, I would've liked one of the drivers or the carrier company to call me about how close they were to my home. I was struggling for information and felt left in the dark.
