Customer service was prompt and had good email and phone communications.
People say that I might have to pay premium, if I scheduled it at the last minutes.
So I contacted the company very early to get the pickup/delivery schedule hoping to save some money.
But it took a while to get the carrier assigned, so I'm not sure if I got the best rate.
Once The carrier was assigned, everything went smoothly.
Assigned carrier was very good and the driver was very careful on my car.
Received my car on the day they promised, which was a few days later than I wished, but it was fine.
Strong recommendation.
