Eric was great to coordinate with and the driver couldn't have been any nicer. The battery didn't start upon pickup and delivery- driver was patient in getting the vehicle loaded and unloaded even with the battery issues. The only issue I had with the entire process was the late notice that a carrier had picked up my contract. I had a target date (to coincide with brother having the day off). A carrier didn't pick up the contract until the morning of with a pick up the next day. My brother had to take the day off. I understand that carriers don't pick up 'cheap' contracts unless they have to, but at the same time, trying to make advance arrangements wasn't possible. Having said all that, I would use the carrier and the transport 3rd party again.
