The customer service I received from Ship A Car Direct was EXCELLENT! The staff was friendly and honest, no gimmicks! The quote they gave me was mid-range for the particular route and worth every penny. There was never any harassment by the company or the delivery driver! Most companies will harass you with quotes, but Ship A Car Direct was the exact opposite and very customer focused. My car was picked up and delivered on time, without any issues. I highly recommend using Ship A Car Direct as they are the BEST car shipping company in the U.S.! Should I need to ship my car again, I will definitely use Ship A Car Direct!
