After reading a lot of reviews, I was skeptical about getting my car shipped- but I did some research and I'm glad I used Ship a Car Direct services! They have an A+ with the BBB and was one of four top rated by consumer reports. I asked for various quotes from different brokers, and Ship a Car Direct was the only one who didn't call and hassle me to use their service and use hard sale tactics. I had a lot of questions, which Gaby was able to answer and she kept me updated with where my request was in the system, when it was put out for drivers, etc. I was contacted by Wes, and he was running early and took our car a whole day before scheduled. He also was able to drop it off a few days before he thought he would get to Virginia. Great experience and will use them again if I need to ship a car!
