The car arrived in great condition! We shipped a brand new Acura RDX with less than 40 miles to our daughter in Indiana. We were very worried, but Matt from Ship A Car Direct was very helpful and reassuring. The sub-contractor doesn't have good English communication skills. Passable, at best. The driver had even less. We had made several attempts during the course of shipment to determine a ETA for arrival in Indiana since our daughter needed to make arrangements to be available. As it turns out the car was received at about 10 PM local time so she was able to accommodate the delivery schedule. The total shipment cost and duration were reasonable. This wasn't a big semi with multiple cars, Ship A Car Direct arranged for our car, and the only car on this shipment, to be delivered. They guided us on the preparation of the car (taking photos of the different sections of the car, recording/taking photo of mileage) and let us know the shipment would take about 7 days. It took exactly 7 days. We were very pleased with the service and if we ever have such a need for this service again, we'll definitely reach out to Ship A Car Direct. We've already shared with our friends the positive experience and they too were impressed.
