I needed to get a car from California to Maryland for my nephew (old car, open container). I'd chatted several times with Stefan, and when we were ready to execute, Stefan found us a transport in 30 minutes! (I mean, he didn't just locate a truck doing in that direction, but the trucker could actually pick the car up in the 30 minutes after we'd talked. Luckily we could do it that fast, and the only down side to that kind of speed is that the car got picked up and was on its way before I had time to receive any emails from Ship A Car Direct about "how to ensure your car is safely loaded on the truck". Luckily, Ivan the trucker was a nice, organized, thoughtful guy and he loaded the car and transported it perfectly. We traded phone information so we could coordinate the drop-off location for him in Maryland. Ivan and his trucking company did a great job with our car, and Stefan and Ship A Car Direct did a great job organizing everything.
