I have used them twice. The first time was from MA to TX. The second was from CO to TX. Ship a car direct has great customer service and is very good about explaining in detail the process. I had good experiences both carriers who picked up my orders. I got lucky on the second one from CO to TX because the carrier used an enclosed trailer even though I did not request it. Also they drove straight through so I received the car very quickly. The dealer in CO said they would use one of their carries but since I had used ship a car direct in the past, I told the dealer I am going to use my own and glad I did. In both cases the price was reasonable.
