Overall, this was a very easy experience. Emily was easy to get a hold of and answer all my questions. The email she sent before the pickup date helped my mother (who was sending me the car) make sure she got the bill of landing and take pictures. The only thing I wish was a little easier was to communicate with the carrier about exact drop off time for the car. The carrier called me to let me know when he was 1 hour away, but I was challenged to get the car because I have two kids at home and couldn't leave the house. Luckily, my husband was home that evening. Otherwise, I may not have been able to pick up the car, or would have had to find last minute help (neighbor?) to look after the kids while I walked a few blocks to pick up the car and pay the carrier.
