My car was picked up a week after the planned pickup date, but arrived in the expected number of days after pickup. The car was incredibly dirty, but it really couldn't be avoided based on the type of trailer it was carried on and the solid day of rain the shipper had to drive through. Overall fairly happy with the service, just wish the car had been picked up a little closer to the requested pickup date.
