Was very pleased with overall service. Customer Rep, Emily, answered all of my questions, even though I have shipped before. Driver called me the first day of window to arrange pickup next day....it was easy and on time. Car was delivered when promised and on time, despite snow and traffic jams. I was thrilled to get my car back. This was a completely different experience than the last time I shipped my car, using another carrier.
