If you are just like me, my car is my baby, so I spent about 4 months reading various reviews from all over the country. Absolute awesome reviews and the most horrible reviews from literally EVERY company I researched. Ship a Car Direct seemed most decent and I decided to take a leap of faith. I worked with Scott, who eased my nerves and answered ALL of my questions about transporting my car. Questions about insurance, what happens when/if they damage my car, approximate times of pickup/drop off, what are all of the steps of transport, and in case anything happens how will it get resolved.I had a VERY specific date that my car had to be picked up (April 2) that was the ONLY day that I would be in town to see my car off, even though no promises were made they still got it done around 6pm that day. I didn't have any hidden fees, Kings Auto Transportation was my carrier and they were AWESOME! Armando and his partner were super friendly and were prompt to text me back about pick up & delivery. They, along with my mother went over my whole car top to bottom(for any scratches/dents) as I took pictures before they left and when I received it ( he let me use his flashlight) Delivered April 6th at 9pm. Honestly, I was terrified about transporting my car ESPECIALLY with all of the reviews out there, but I am a happy customer. I would definitely recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone that needs it. No complaints over here!!! :)
