I shipped a vehicle from a dealership in Vermont to California sight unseen, so needless to say I was very nervous about the transportation. Matt set my mind at ease. They had answers to all my questions, and the videos were very helpful and informative. I had an extra request that needed attention, and they took care of it without a hitch. The carrier who transported my vehicle was super, too. He kept me posted of where he was and when he would make the delivery. He gave me plenty of time when he got into town to meet him at the drop-off location. The entire transaction was professional and well-managed. My vehicle arrived without a problem. I would use Ship-a-Car Direct again in a heartbeat.
