My wife and I relocated from Somerville, MA to Palm Desert, CA. After thorough research online I decided to use ship-a-car direct and could not be more satisfied with the service! The entire process was quick and easy. Scott was available the majority of the time to answer my many questions. If he was not available and I left a message, he would usually get back to me within the hour. The one complaint I have, and it is a minor one, is the driver did not give us the notification we asked for for the drop off. He told us he was at the designated meeting point and was supposed to give us a 45 minute heads up. He was fine waiting and acted professional as well. If I ever move again I will definitely use ship-a-car direct and will recommend them to my friends.
