Overall I had a good experience with Ship A Car Direct. The carrier they put me in touch with was polite and on time, and gave an accurate estimate as to when the car would be delivered. The only reason that I don't give them a 5-Star review is due to some confusion on the front end with scheduling. Once I received my notification that a driver was on the way the process was flawless. I would use Ship A Car Direct again.
