CT was hit with an unseasonable snow storm. Due to this, the car was actually picked up a day late and was received dirty. This was no one's fault and not really a problem. Once picked up, the car was delivered as promptly as possible. The driver was very nice and really careful unloading my auto. I was apprehensive with transporting a vehicle, but Ship a Car Direct was professional, honest and supportive. I would definitely use them again.
