Out of all the shipping services, this one felt the safest. They offer a lot of perks that others don't, and that was why I chose them. However, the issues I found were that you don't know your carrier until a few days prior to the pickup day. And in my situation, if they had not found a carrier I would have been screwed. Also once the carrier company is found, Ship-a-Car is no longer your contact (although I mean you can reach out but I don't know how much help they can ultimately be). This sucks, but I think it is what you have to deal with when you ship your car. Overall a good experience. My car was shipped in an appropriate time and I received it in an appropriate time. If I need to, I'll use Ship-a-car again.
