I shipped my BMW through Ship-A-Car Direct on open carrier from VA to AZ. Overall experience was excellent. Customer service was good and the driver was very professional. The car was delivered on time and no damage. Dirty condition was expected based on my choosing an open carrier. My only suggestion to a reader is if you have a light colored interior like I do, cover the driver seat and if possible the door panel as the driver may have dirty hands and clothing from loading and moving the cars. My white leather cleaned up fine but I should have had the foresight to take some prevent steps.
