Ship a car direct was excellent. The customer service rep (Gaby) was very pleasant and efficient. Our car was picked up the next day and arrived in California when the driver (Jake) said it would. The car arrived without damage. Overall experience was the best. Highly recommend the company and will use them again when I need to transport a car. I've already recommended them to neighbor.
