Making a move from Ca to TN and was in the need for some car transport. From beginning to end this company was top notch. They are very knowledgeable and set me up with a good transport company. I felt very comfortable knowing they had already screened the company and that I could trust them. For the pickup the driver was great and allowed us time to talk things through with him and even take some last minute pictures. For delivery the driver showed up within the specified time range and delivered our car in great condition. The car was dirty but that is expected in an open carrier. No damage was done to the vehicle. As another point of interest <1 mile had been driven in our car from the time we loaded on the small car carrier to being unloaded from the semi. This also made us feel good about how the car was loaded and handled between the time we gave them the key till they returned it to us at the destination. If we need another transport in the future we will 100% sure be going with ship a car direct.
