I had a very stressful cross country move that included many different moving parts that I had to coordinate. I was very concerned about transporting my vehicle on a trailer across country after reading all of the horror stories online. I was very skeptical about the entire process. I worked with Dave at Ship A Car Direct and he was very patient and answered all of my questions both via email and phone. Once a carrier was selected, he helped put my mind at rest and provided insurance documentation for the company as well as the number of successful trips that they had made with Ship A Car Direct. I followed all of the suggestions in the Ship A Car Direct emails and everything went off without a hitch. The car was dirty when it arrived, but that was to be expected. I did not find any damage. It was refreshing to find that everything had gone as planned, since I had been bracing for the worst.
