My overall experience with was excellent. Getting to the website and getting an a initial quote was easy and quick. Scott my service rep was very prompt and explained what would happen and what to expect. The pricing was reasonable and Scott & Dale were friendly and easy to work with. I was put in touch with the driver who showed up on time and was careful in handling my car.
I was in contact with the driver during the haul and it made me feel much more comfortable with things. He showed up on time at the destination and delivered the car in good shape, though a little dirty...but that was to be expected hauling a car cross country.
Everything happened as promised and planned, I was very pleased with the service, and would use them again if I ever have another car to haul. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car transportation.
