Ship a Car Direct provided me with great service. The entire process was smooth and easy- I have zero complaints! I would definitely use their service again! They even provide an app that is easy to use for before photos! One thing I would say, make sure to ask the driver if they accept credit card. I was not aware mine did not and had to make a separate trip to the ATM for cash! Not a problem, but just a heads up!

Glad it went smoothly! Thanks for you lovely review, Cynthia! (And it's a good point for future shippers to know: the final payment is COD - Cash On Delivery. We do mention that and include it in the terms and on our website and in emails. It seems with all of the new information to absorb, the payment options information can get overlooked.)
