Ship-a-Car Direct has thought of everything! They walk you through the process every step of the way with periodic emails reminding you exactly what you need to do- all questions are answered/all details clarified in emails before you can even think of questions! They allow you to contact your driver directly, and also provide a phone # for their company in case there is any confusion. They run their business seamlessly. In the future when I need to ship my car again I will call them for sure. I highly recommend using Ship-a-Car Direct.
