Matt was prompt to answer any and all questions I had. He kept me informed every step of the way. The transport company they suggested had an A+ rating with the BBB. Transporter called 1day in advance and again 1 hour before he arrived. I wouldn't have had a clue how to choose the right carrier after reading complaints online about most of them.
I would definitely recommended Ship A Car Direct to my friends.
