How many compliments can I put into this paragraph? When contacting Ship A Car Direct..We were blessed to have a representative named Karen answer the phone. Karen was calm, knowledgeable, and explained every single question with perfect clarification. Times when we needed to leave a message, Karen ALWAYS called back amazingly quick, and always with her calm, knowledgeable way..A true people person..THANK YOU KAREN :)

Ship A Car Direct set up our transport with GT Carriers LLC, and assigned the driver as George. The very day we signed up with Karen, We get an email that George is picking up our car in California within 2 hours, and it will arrive the next day about 11:30 am. George said he will call my cell phone when 1/2 hour away..And that, he did..Exactly as he said. George is a kind gentleman. The car was in perfect condition. THANK YOU GEORGE :)
