I had a great experience using Ship a Car Direct. From the very beginning, Eric was in constant contact with me and taking me through every step. He made me feel confident shipping my car across the country. I appreciated that everyone, from the sales contact to the driver, was flexible. I felt that all team members involved were easily reachable and very helpful. I had to go out of the country while my car was being shipped and they were great at connecting with my points of contact at both locations to insure the car was delivered seamlessly. I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again - they truly are a professional and reliable company for auto transport.
