The whole process was pretty smooth. It has been a very long time since I shipped a vehicle, and certainly never this far. The whole process was pretty easy and straightforward. I never really had a need to make phone calls to follow up with anyone at the shipping company, so I cannot really comment on that part of the service. I will say that the interior of the car was a little dirty when I got it, but not the end of the word. Depending on circumstances, I would definitely consider doing this again.
