We shipped a Chrysler 300 and I can say I now understand why this firm is flush with five star reviews. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations. Like any well managed project, the communications were meaningful and frequent- client preparation via the series of videos and Gaby's running commentary on the process added complete clarity- and the drivers on both ends were amiable and conscientious. In our case, the drop off was on a desert road that was impassible to the semi, so the crew arranged a convenient transfer that came off without a hitch. Although we were offered an incentive complete a review (a truthful review), Ship a Car could have save the cash because I would have penned this on their behalf anyway. I don't have a comparative quote to offer a true value comparison because we were unclear until the last moment where we would ship the car to, but my sense is they were about 15% less that the other companies we explored and when you throw in the $30 incentive for completing the review I'd guess they were getting closer to 20% less than the other three.
