We did not know when they will come to pick up our car. A little nervous while waiting because our flight is coming soon. Suddenly, we got a phone call said he will arrive around 2 hours. I don't have time to pack things and put them in my car.

Sorry there was not more notice for you, Elissa. Schedule confirmation usually happens within 24 hours of pick-up, but sometimes it's down to the wire. For what it's worth, we can't recommend packing the car with personal items. The quoted price (and the service, for that matter) is for an empty vehicle. Thanks for your feedback!
