fine print

My only concern was that after reading the fine print on the back of the form the driver had (bill of lading), it stated that they were not responsible for damage due to a tie down failure. In my opinion, the tie down condition is the responsibility of the driver and the transport company he/she works for. Any failure of the tie downs resulting in damage to the vehicle should be their responsibility.

Thanks for your feedback, Robert! As far as we know, your vehicle was not damaged nor affected by a tie down failure - but let us know if that is not the case.
