I was very skeptical at first about shipping my car because I haven't before. The whole process seemed kind of "sketchy" because you're dealing with a broker and not the service itself. The only real issue I had was my first carrier the day before my car was supposed to be picked up cancelled on me. Which was frustrating. Ship a Car was able to find me a carrier the next morning for the same day — but they ended up not being able to come until the next day. Thankfully, I left a day for a buffer before my car left. Umbrella transport picked my car up on Tuesday and it arrived at my destination two days later, which was great. I think the promptness and my driver's communication (he called me a couple times as a warning to give me plenty of time to prepare for his arrival) made this service wonderful. I just wish that my car had been picked up on the day I put down because it did throw off my plans a bit. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Thanks for your feedback, Ali! You bring up a really good point: we can provide estimates but we can't guarantee exact dates. It's best to have a window of a few days of availability around your preferred date.
