I contacted shipacardirect.com and was routed to Gaby who handled my shipping. She was prompt in getting the delivery assigned and the car picked up. I am happy with the service. However it also depends on the carrier who is assigned to you and some of them might be very prompt on the delivery dates and some might now. I have used shipacardirect two times now, first from west to east took 5 days to deliver the car and very prompt. The latest one told me that it will take max 10 days and it arrived after 14 days. Well I am kinda satisfied with time keeping because it did not cost me that much of rental car money, I would suggest shipacardirect guys to assign carries who are prompt. I think they do good job in doing that but that can still improve. Thats why 4 stars!
