I moved my Accord from Naperville Illinois to Atlanta Georgia in the first week of Jan. Understandably due to holiday season it was hard for any company to find a right carrier for transport and arrange on time pickup. I had to leave on Friday the 8th, and told this to Stefan. Stefan was great in keeping his promise of picking my car right on time before I left Naperville. Throughout the time I placed my order until the pickup, he was in touch and kept me appraised on the status, carrier and pickup time. At the end, extremely satisfied with their loyalty and on time service. Everyone I spoke with at Ship-A-Car-Direct were awesome in understanding my urgency and getting me what I needed. I will use them again if I have to move my car in future.
