Eric with Ship a Car Direct was very knowledgeable and helpful. My goal was not only to use the lowest price company but rather the company that seemed the most professional and trustworthy. It just so happened that Ship a Car Direct was both. Their customer service was very good, and the pick up and delivery were on-time. My first two carriers both had mechanical troubles, but that did not set me back at all. They found a third carrier quickly and there was no delay. The car was delivered with a healthy coat of dirt on it, but otherwise the car was in the same condition as when it was picked up. I have no complaints to Ship a Car Direct.
