Contacted Ship a Car Direct to transport my VW GTI from St. Paul, MN to Seattle, WA. I worked with Karen and she provided up to date information throughout the entire process. The time frame between my contacting Karen and the last pick up date was short, but Karen was able to come thru and find a transporter. The cost was a little higher then she originally thought it would be, but there was a time crunch and I did not have time to wait it out for a better price.

The car was picked up on a Sunday and delivered that Wednesday. Not a bad turn around at all. The car was dirty, but that is expected for using an open carrier half way across the country in February. The drivers at each end were very professional and delivered the car in the same condition that they picked it up in.

Hopefully I won't be moving anytime soon, but if I do need to ship a vehicle again, I know who I will contact to ensure quality service - Ship a Car Direct.
