Using Ship a Car Direct was an excellent choice. They made the process as easy as possible. The website videos really help answer a lot of questions I had, which was more efficient and quicker than emailing the rep for answers. Great job on that part guys! Also having the Ship a Car Direct App was a plus, with car inspection before and after transportation. It laid out the process of what areas to take pictures of the car to insure it's received in the same condition. Overall, great job and you get you what you pay for. Only complaint would be the car was really dirty when I got it, but what do you expect for an open carrier traveling across the U.S.

The process simply goes like this.

1. Request a Quote
2. Receive an email with a quote
3. If you decide to proceed you click on the link provided in the email and request an order. You can also call
4. You then communicate back and forth with your rep
5. Get in contact with your driver, they will call you first, most likely
6. Decide on a pick up date/location with the driver
7. Now it's up to you and your driver to communicate effectively through transportation.
8. Then the car reaches destination or near your location!
9. Inspect the car, carefully. Report any damage/theft.
10. Sign Bill of lading, once satisfied.

That's it you're done!

That's pretty much a basic run down of the process. And remember, you get what you pay for!
